Years ago, I struggled to maintain my physical & mental well-being while navigating a demanding professional life. What I saw in the wellness industry frustrated me — quick fixes, toxic diets, and unrealistic standards. That’s when I realized: if wellness doesn’t fit into real life, it doesn’t work. As a doctor, public health specialist, and certified fitness coach, I’ve spent years studying how small, consistent actions can lead to lasting health — physically, emotionally, and socially.
I’m not a bodybuilder or a fitness fanatic. I’m not here to push extremes. I’m here for the everyday people — the beginners, the busy ones, the ones starting over — who just want to feel good in their own bodies and enjoy their lives. Through mindful eating and realistic movement, I help people create a lifestyle that feels sustainable, not stressful. It’s about energy, balance, and mindset — not pressure or perfection. For me, travel is more than visiting new places — it’s about stepping out of your comfort zone, embracing different cultures, and finding the kind of inspiration that fuels personal growth and a deeper wellness journey.
